The Colonel, as he is affectionately known, has been in the
construction and restoration business for over 20 years when
immersed into the business at a very young age by his father. His
passion lies in the preservation and restoration of historical
buildings, particularly of those in our community. As a general
contractor his skills and experience include: new commercial and
residential construction, remodeling and additions, water
extraction and restoration, fire damage repair and restoration,
certified mold remediation and consulting.

Jeff Schwartz
 Vice
President of Southern Operations
Jeff has been involved in the concrete restoration industry
for over the past 25 years. Jeff worked in the New York City
concrete restoration industry from 1984 – 2007 before
bringing his vast restoration knowledge and experience to South
Florida in February of 2007. In August of 2009, Jeff teamed up
with the Colonel and Special Forces Restoration & Construction

Billy Staley
Project Manager - Construction
A highly skilled carpenter and craftsman, Billy
works closely with each client and their project ensuring that the
work will meet the highest standards achievable. An extremely
qualified remodeled and restorer, Billy has worked on some of
Stuart's most notable restorations such as the Colorado Building,
Harbor House and the historic Hogarth House. As seen on the

page of this website.
An active and civic minded member of the community, he can
often be found working with Michael Roberts creating parade floats
for the Memorial Day and Veterans Day Parades or building sets for
Arts Fest or an area air show. His knowledge of construction,
experience and dedication to the client and the community make him
a valuable asset to the Special Forces team.

Bobby Montalbano
 Director
of Sales
Bobby started his construction career as a high end
decorative painter in New York City. In 2003 Bobby moved to South
Florida and did sales for a few large painting contractors. In
January of 2009, Bobby teamed up with Jeff Schwartz and together
in August of 2009 started the Southern Division of Special Forces
